Just a note to let you know what an AWESOME time Barry and I had on our recent trip to Italy. Everything you planned for us worked out perfectly. The tours by Gate 1 were wonderfully organized and the guides were knowledgeable as well as helpful. ALL of your travel tips were "right on the money". I LOVE Kallman Travel!!
Recently I had the worst travel nightmare - I booked my own tickets online and had my flight canceled hours before I was due to take off! I was in the middle of getting my work wrapped up, dealing with packing,etc. so had little time to search for options. I frantically called the airline and went to their site to try to rebook, only to find they had nothing available for 3 days! Then I remembered Barbara Jackson, who I met at a networking function. I called her and she worked a miracle and booked myself and my entire family on another airline on the first available flight the next day ( most flights were cancelled that afternoon due to weather). Because of Barbara, we did not have to miss various family festivities before a wedding. Since then I've booked an international flight for my daughter and business travel for myself through Kallman - and couldn't be happier with the attentive service and great rates! Thank you Barbara - I'm your biggest fan!
